Where is wooleys reef

I did once a few years back. Went in from shore not far from Frankston, called Pelican Bay I think. Was so tired after geting there, that looked a round for 5 minutes and went back.

He said the gars all suddenly scattered, then kingfish appeared out of nowhere, hammered around his boat for a bit, then vanished. This is going back several years now though.

I imagine the drop offs and ledges must be spectacular, on the sounder when I've fished there, it goes from 8m to 2m seemingly instantly in spots.
