I recall almost passing out and vomiting when I first worked there and then in the winter, you have to try to box things with frozen hands which is super difficult to do. The hardest part of the job was coping with the lack of heat and air. I think if the company had heat and air along with better management and organization, the turnover rate wouldn't be so high.
