The 2nd loop is more primitive and has vault toilets and water. A group campsite is also available. The area offers a variety of outdoor activities including swimming and tubing in the river, hiking, mountain biking, ATVing, picnicking, hunting and horseback riding. You can also fish, kayak and canoe in the small seasonal lake near the campground. Rock Creek has a few nice swimming holes and also opportunities to float in a tube when the water is high enough.

Quarters can be acquired from the camp host. Ice is also available during the summer season or ice can be acquired in Greenfield, the closest town from the campground. It is approximately 18 miles away.
A: There is no cell signal in the facility but there is a pay phone located in the Modern campground attached to the second bathroom building. There are signs that direct you in the campground.
